CONSENT AGENDA All items listed in this portion of the agenda are considered routine by the Town Council and will be enacted by one motion. PUBLIC HEARINGS 3. Ordinance 19-17, Second Reading, Jupiter River Inn - Quasi-judicial- Application for a Zoning Map amendment from C-2, General Commercial District to the Inlet Village District - Flex South Subdistrict for a 1.3 +/- acre property located at 18011 North A1A. [TAB 3] PUBLIC BUSINESS 4. Approving the purchase of sixteen police vehicles (10) patrol (5) administrative (1) detective for a total amount of $588,288.00. [TAB 4] 5. Approving the use of State Forfeiture Funds for the “Shop with a Cop” Event in the amount of $2,000 and a donation to the Palm Beach County Head Start Program in the amount of $1,000 totaling $3,000.
